Founded in 1994 Florida Health was the personal goal of Mr. Plough after watching the deterioration of his grandmother. He vowed never to allow another senior suffer through their golden years. Mr. Plough has a strong family commitment and enjoys the company and assistance of his father, Maurice Plough, Sr., in the work environment.
